Job Description

YOUR ROLE

As a Life Sciences Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening client relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deliver high-impact engineering and digital transformation solutions across R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory domains.

Own and grow key client relationships within the life sciences sector, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Identify and shape new business opportunities across digital, engineering, and consulting services.
Collaborate with delivery, solution, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and proposals.
Drive account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline development.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, governance, and issue resolution.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide client strategy.
Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry or consulting.
Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device business models and regulatory environments.
Strong knowledge of digital transformation, R&D, manufacturing, or quality operations in life sciences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence at the executive level.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) are a plus.
