Ensure the smooth and seamless execution of each guest's stay.
Respond to guests' specific requests throughout their stay in collaboration with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Butler teams.
Ensure compliance with the hotel's quality standards and the collection's signature service standards.
Communicate any special guest requests or requirements to the management team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the hotel's services and guest experience.
Develop and maintain a network of local contacts and partners to provide personalized recommendations and services to guests.
Take ownership of the overall guest experience across all hotel services while promoting the other destinations within the Ultima Collection.
Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with the property's policies, procedures, and service standards.
Degree from a recognized hospitality management school and/or concierge training institution.
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Fluent in French and English; German is an asset, while Russian and Arabic are considered a plus.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, dynamic, and proactive.
Thorough understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele.
Versatile, guest-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond efficiently to urgent guest requests.
Valid driver's license required.
