As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will:
Engage directly with technical people at our customers, including at their factories, to get their data and workflows integrated with our software.
Apply state of the art AI in challenging real world settings to drive user adoption and prove value to the customer.
Work super closely with our Deployment Strategists and other Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver value quickly and consistently.
Contribute features directly to the product to make sure your customers will get the most out of our platform.
Proactively keep the product org informed of key pain points and opportunities to make our platform better and deliver even more value for customers.

Must-Haves:
An academic degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Machine Learning.
2+ years working experience solving difficult real world problems with state of the art techniques from software development and data science.
Fluency in Python.
Consistent track record of having an outsized impact and going the extra mile.
An urge to join a fast-paced, impact-driven team.
Bonus:
Familiarity with SQL and AI/ML libraries.
Familiarity with DevOps and deployment aspects, in the cloud and on premises.
Experience in customer-facing roles, especially for enterprise customers.
Experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
Prior startup experience.
We work from our office in the center of Zürich. You will be here at least three days a week, because the hardest problems get solved in person.

Use the latest AI techniques in practical real-world settings, helping users get value from our products.
Collaborate closely with our Deployment Strategists and other engineers to deliver solutions quickly and reliably.
Add new features to the product to solve customer needs and ensure they get the most from our platform.
Share feedback with our product team about common challenges and opportunities for improvement.
