We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend background and hands-on experience in mobile development with Flutter. I
n this role, you will play a key part in designing, building and optimizing robust backend services while also contributing to the development and evolution of our mobile applications. T
he position has a strong emphasis on backend engineering, architecture and scalability, while requiring the ability to work across the stack when needed, especially on Flutter mobile applications and integrations. Y
ou will join a technology team building and evolving digital banking and wealth management products used in a regulated financial environment. Key responsibilities: •

esign, build and maintain highly available, scalable and secure backend systems •
evelop and improve RESTful APIs and integrations with mobile and third-party systems •
ontribute to the architecture and evolution of our backend services and microservices ecosystem •
upport the development and maintenance of our mobile applications using Flutter and Dart •
ollaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams on new features and technical improvements •
ptimize system performance, reliability and scalability across backend and mobile environments •
nsure code quality through testing, code reviews and engineering best practices •
ontribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for both backend and mobile applications •
roactively identify technical debt and propose innovative solutions and improvements •
hare knowledge across the team, mentor more junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring when needed •
ontinuously explore and adopt new technologies and best practices E

rfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:

achelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field. R
equired Experience and Skills B
ackend Engineering •

trong experience with backend development using Java (11+) and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot •
andidates with strong backend experience in Go and a clear willingness to work with Kotlin/Spring Boot will also be considered. •
xperience designing and building microservice architectures •
trong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web service integration •
xperience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB preferred) •
amiliarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar •
xperience with Docker and Kubernetes •
ands-on experience building cloud-native applications (preferably on GCP) •
trong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD) M

obile / Frontend •

ands-on experience with Flutter and Dart •
ood understanding of mobile application architecture, performance and testing strategies •
xperience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs •
amiliarity with CI/CD tools and app release processes •
nderstanding of Git usage and code management

luent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills •
xcellent problem-solving and analytical skills •
omfortable working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments •
trong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail •
xperience in FinTech, Banking or highly regulated industries is a plus •
xperience with Jira is a plus I
