Behind each of our products is a strong team that shares the same values and works together to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems. As a Sales Executive (m/f/d), you will play a key role in acquiring new customers, with a full focus on selling tailored B2B software solutions.

What You’ll Do

As an important part of our international sales team, you will be responsible for outbound activities to acquire new customers. Your responsibilities include:

New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions in Switzerland.
Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing.
Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management. Winning and converting public frame contracts into revenue.
Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs.

What You’ll Bring

You stand out through strong communication skills combined with a pronounced business mindset. Your negotiation skills and ability to identify new business opportunities help you recognize and successfully leverage opportunities early. Additionally, you bring:

At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.
A proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
Experiences in structure public tenders and a network into the Swiss Public Sector is a plus.
Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
