We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will help modernize credit decision technology by contributing to the development of a new, streamlined platform replacing an existing application within the credit decisions domain. You will build high-quality backend services, front-end interfaces and support platform infrastructure while closely collaborating with other technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and reliable operations.

Responsibilities

Build Java Spring Boot backends and ReactJS frontends for the new platform
- Implement CI/CD-ready code integrating with Azure environments
- Create and maintain deployment playbooks using Ansible for configuration management
- Define REST API boundaries and manage integration points using Kafka topics
- Perform SQL queries, database reverse engineering and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for feedback and status updates
- Apply software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing and design principles
Requirements

5+ years of experience developing enterprise-level Java/JEE web applications (Java 21 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS (React 16+) and Vite
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Maven and REST API development
- Experience with Spring Security and Hibernate
- Strong PostgreSQL expertise and SQL skills including query optimization and database design
- Familiarity with Azure Web Apps and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience working with Ansible for configuration and deployment
- Solid understanding of clean code principles, testing strategies and software design patterns
- Professional fluency in English; German is a strong plus
