About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join the Business Analysis team and work on Trading and Treasury (T&T) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in Structured Products and gain hands-on experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will support the delivery of T&T projects by gathering requirements from business stakeholders, grooming solutions with developers, and contributing to test and implementation activities.

What you'll do
- Support project pre-analysis and help break down initiatives into functional workstreams
- Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members
- Assist in drafting clear and structured business specifications
- Help translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery
- Prepare and maintain test cases and steer user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in release cycles and support project and feature test campaigns
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented, and organized approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and Python development (scripts)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
