We're looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland, in an on-site working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building and operating secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions for a highly regulated financial environment. Your expertise will help ensure stability, compliance, and innovation for critical systems, enabling the client to maintain robust, scalable services in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Azure Cloud architectures in production environments ensuring compliance with security and network requirements
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation and delivery, preferably using Azure DevOps
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for cloud components
Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to support business-critical workloads
Apply security best practices across cloud and hybrid solutions in line with financial sector regulations
Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions

Requirements

10 years of experience in infrastructure or production environments
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud architecture and administration in production, including network and security configurations
Proven experience in CI/CD platform setup focused on infrastructure (Azure DevOps preferred)
Strong proficiency in Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning
Solid expertise in Kubernetes with CKAD or CKA certification (OpenShift experience is a plus)
Background in security for cloud or hybrid solutions; banking industry experience is an advantage
Fluency in English and/or French (both is a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a security-oriented mindset

Nice to have

Experience with OpenShift in production environments
Familiarity with financial sector compliance standards
