Tasks

Provide timely on-site engineering support to clients for audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.
Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative and efficient solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in AV engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment and systems, including video conferencing, projectors, and sound systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
