We are recruiting a Digital Communications Specialist at our headquarters and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Communications and as part of a team of three, your mission is to lead OM Pharma’s digital communications activities, driving the content strategy, content creation, media and social media monitoring and reporting, and continuous improvement of our digital channels. In this role, you play a key role in strengthening our visibility and reputation through engaging content, impactful storytelling and the effective use of digital platforms.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Lead OM Pharma’s digital communications activities across all corporate channels
Create and publish content for social media (LinkedIn), the corporate website and the SharePoint intranet
Manage the editorial calendar and develop engaging digital assets, including videos and multimedia content
Monitor digital trends, AI platforms and emerging communication opportunities
Manage media monitoring activities and report on media coverage and digital performance
Support SEO and content optimization initiatives
Contribute to corporate communication projects and awareness campaigns
Support executive communications, corporate events and cross-functional communication initiatives

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications within an international environment; experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences
Strong expertise in digital content creation and production, including video editing and graphic design
Proficiency with communication and design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent platforms
Native-level English and fluency in French; any additional language is an asset

Organized and flexible, you are able to manage competing priorities, balancing planned activities with urgent requests while maintaining high-quality standards. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, you enjoy turning ideas into impactful communication initiatives. A strong team player, you collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment. Curious and eager to learn, you continuously explore new trends, technologies and approaches to strengthen communication effectiveness.
