We are a family of 5 with three sons aged 6, 4 and 1. We are German living in Switzerland for 10y. I run two companies and my wife works 80%. We are looking for someone who can help with the work at home (cooking, cleaning, washing, kids logistics, etc.) and support with the kids for evenings (5-8pm) and a few hours irregularly on the weekends or Fridays to allow us do some sports or admin or try to have some times for the two of us. We would happily invite a candidate to integrate into holidays or day events with the family or the kids.
I can also see someone stepping up performing exec assistant jobs with my company admin and schedule planning and client relationship management.
Position is flexible, ideally someone living in Lachen or nearby to be available. We also have space at home for occational stays.
We looking for someone who can be trusted and becomes a part of the family over time ideally looking for a flexible diverse role with multiple tasks to have variety in their job.
