Be part of and gain experience in a variety of different strategy projects within the two core proposition areas, Deal Execution (e.g. integration/separation) and Strategy & Performance Transformation (e.g. commercial due diligence, growth, operations strategy, value creation)

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will support a team of 2-5 colleagues in delivering a client engagement, which may include:
1. Collecting and analyzing client data and/or external data to develop hypotheses and actionable insights 2. Producing high-quality deliverables (e.g. reports) to present key results to the client under tight deadlines 3. Interacting with various client and deal stakeholders through interviews, on-site meetings and workshops

In addition to engagement delivery, you will contribute to the growth of our team in Switzerland by supporting client proposals and other business development activities
This is what makes you successful

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, with an outstanding academic record. STEM degree holders are also welcome, provided robust economic and financial knowledge can be proven (see below)

Robust knowledge of accounting and corporate finance topics, enabling effective analysis and decision-making in complex financial transactions

Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in German and English (must-have). Other languages (in particular French and/or Italian) are an asset

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high degree of mental flexibility, being able to manage different operational, financial and strategic topics, as well as the links between them in a fast-paced deal environment

First practical working experience in a related environment (e.g. deals, strategy consulting, investment) welcome. Degree of relevant experience will determine grading as Consultant or Senior Consultant

Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness, paired with a willingness to take (calculated) risks and ability to "speak truth to power"
