Seeking a German-English speaking business partner (Zurich)
I’m building a Zurich-based cleaning service focused on high-quality residential, office, and short-term rental clients — with an emphasis on reliability, consistency, and long-term contracts. I’m looking for a German-speaking partner to take ownership of the client-facing side of the business.
This is a partnership role, not a job.
Scope: Client communication & relationship management Preparing quotations and closing new business Building partnerships with property managers, offices and private clients Supporting recruitment and coordination of cleaning staff
What I’m looking for: Strong communication skills in German (essential) and English or Italian Commercial mindset (comfortable with clients, pricing, negotiation) Based in Zurich Interest in building and scaling a service business
