Your future playground and team You will join the Decathlon Switzerland HR Team based out of our HQ/Store in Bussigny. Following an internal reorganization and our rapid growth, our recruitment team needs extra hands on deck to keep up the pace—and that is where YOU come in! Our TA team is truly nationwide: 2 French speakers (based in Bussigny) and 2 German/Italian speakers (based in Spreitenbach). We collaborate closely every day, speak English together as a team, and gather in person about twice a month. At Decathlon, we ditch the formal corporate talk: we use the informal "tu/you", we play sports together, and we share openly. You won’t just be recruiting in a bubble; you’ll be fully immersed in a huge retail ecosystem, connecting daily with store leaders across all our locations. Your mission and responsibilities Are you looking for an intense, fast-paced challenge where no two days look the same? You will act as an ultra-versatile, adaptable "Recruiter on demand", sourcing and hiring key retail profiles (Sales Assistants, Technicians, Department Managers) as fast as our growth demands. What you’ll be doing daily: - Full-cycle recruiting :Manage multi-profile requisitions, build direct talent pipelines, and run smooth selection processes for our stores. - Proactive candidate experience: Source top candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and deliver an unforgettable candidate journey. - Empowered problem-solving: Got an idea to streamline a process?
