We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our luxury hospitality team in Geneva. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine experience to our guests by providing expert recommendations,managing and developing our wine selection,and ensuring impeccable service standards.
The role includes maintaining an extensive and refined wine list,overseeing inventory and stock control. The Sommelier will also be expected to train and support the restaurant team in wine knowledge and service techniques,while staying up to date with industry trends and innovations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in international wines,excellent communication and guest service skills,and a genuine passion for fine dining and luxury hospitality. Professional presentation,attention to detail,and the ability to create memorable guest experiences are essential. Fluency in English is required,and knowledge of French is highly desirable.
