We are partnering with a leading MedTech client to find a Senior Director of Portfolio & Product Management to drive the strategic direction of a global consumer product portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact across innovation, commercial strategy, and organizational alignment.
About the Role
As Senior Director, you will shape and execute the global portfolio and product strategy across the full consumer lifecycle. You will lead innovation, product roadmaps, and lifecycle performance to deliver sustainable growth and strong market positioning.
You will act as a key connector across commercial, R&D, operations, finance, and regional teams, ensuring that customer insights and market dynamics translate into differentiated, high-performing products.
Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver a global portfolio strategy aligned with growth ambitions and brand positioning

Build and drive a strong innovation pipeline based on customer insights and market trends

Lead product lifecycle management, including portfolio optimization and margin improvement

Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions

Ensure global alignment across regions for roadmaps, launches, and go-to-market plans

Drive data-based decision making using analytics and financial modelling

Develop a customer-centric pricing strategy in partnership with commercial teams

Lead and develop a high-performing global product management team

Oversee the global category budget, ensuring strong ROI and investment focus

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements
Experience & Background
-
15+ years in global marketing or product management in an international environment

Proven track record managing global portfolios, innovation pipelines, and cross-functional teams
-
Strong commercial acumen (pricing, financial modelling, business cases)

Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or FMCG
-
Familiarity with regulated environments
Education
-
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Additional certifications in marketing strategy, market research, or pricing are a plus
