E-Pulsive is a private fitness and wellness club in Küsnacht, offering a highly personalised approach to training, recovery and wellbeing.
Our international clientele values expertise, discretion and exceptional personal service. Our services include one-to-one personal training, EMS training, cryotherapy, infrared and photobiomodulation, alongside a selection of wellness treatments.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and certified Personal Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.
You will deliver personalised one-to-one training sessions, including conventional personal training and EMS. You will also help us provide the welcoming, professional and attentive experience our clients expect throughout every visit.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct individual personal training and EMS sessions
- Assess clients’ goals, fitness levels and relevant health considerations
- Create personalised and progressive training programmes
- Coach clients on correct form and safe exercise technique
- Monitor progress and adapt programmes accordingly
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Explain our services and packages confidently and professionally
- Welcome clients and assist with bookings and day-to-day studio operations
- Prepare the training area and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Complete training in our EMS and wellness systems where required
Your Profile
- Recognised Personal Training or fitness qualification
- Previous experience delivering one-to-one training
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise technique and programme design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in both German and English desired
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Warm, discreet and service-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work according to client demand, including some mornings, evenings or weekends
- Permission to work in Switzerland
- EMS experience is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided
- BLS/AED or first-aid certification is an advantage
