In this role, you will play a key part in both talent acquisition and HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle. Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job briefing to offer stage.

Draft and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels.

Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers when required.
Employee Lifecycle Management

Independently manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment documents, work permit requests, employee creation in the system, and coordination of all onboarding activities.

Oversee offboarding processes, including document preparation, system updates, and coordination of exit formalities.

Create, maintain, and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, amendments, and work certificates.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and administrative requests.

Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Assist HR Business Partners with operational HR activities and projects.
