About the Role:
Gift My House Property Solutions & Real Estate Services AG is seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Property Investment Manager to oversee real estate investment operations, property portfolio growth strategies, and asset performance management in Zurich, Switzerland. This role focuses on identifying high-value investment opportunities, optimizing commercial and residential property assets, and driving long-term portfolio profitability across dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Investment Leadership: Oversee property investment operations, acquisition strategies, and portfolio performance initiatives
- Real Estate Portfolio Management: Manage commercial and residential property assets, investment diversification, and portfolio optimization strategies
- Market Research & Investment Analysis: Conduct property valuation assessments, market trend analysis, and investment feasibility studies
- Acquisition & Negotiation Management: Lead property acquisition negotiations, due diligence reviews, and contract coordination processes
- Financial & Revenue Oversight: Monitor investment budgets, ROI performance, rental income, and property profitability metrics
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Build relationships with investors, brokers, developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Swiss real estate regulations, investment compliance standards, and risk mitigation protocols
- Asset Enhancement & Development Support: Coordinate renovation projects, property improvement initiatives, and value-enhancement strategies
- Team Leadership: Lead property analysts, investment coordinators, portfolio managers, and real estate operations personnel
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in property investment management, real estate asset management, or commercial real estate operations
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, investment strategy, and real estate portfolio management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in property acquisitions, real estate investment analysis, and asset performance optimization
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary investment teams and high-value real estate portfolios
