Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Asset Management:
- Collaborate with business lines (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document requirements, particularly for fund distribution regulations and controls.
- Draft detailed project documents, including functional specifications, scoping letters, and other necessary documentation.
- Configure new applications, conduct thorough testing, and develop user documentation to ensure smooth deployment.
- Develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to support senior management and client decision-making.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements with a focus on the value provided, enhancing operational efficiency and data quality.
- Act as a point of contact for specific initiatives, overseeing project tracking, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting on progress.
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, portfolio management, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research on trends and regulatory changes, analyzing their impact on asset management practices and supporting compliance efforts.
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of corporate platform applications and solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
- Prepare client-facing materials, including reports and presentations, to effectively communicate project status, portfolio performance, and respond to inquiries.
