Ayus Medical Devices is a Swiss medical technology company and the sole provider of Inuspheresis, a proprietary extracorporeal therapy used by a growing international network of partner clinics. We equip medical teams with the technology, training, and expertise to deliver one of the most innovative therapeutic approaches in modern medicine.
- Train network partners on-site across our international partner network and at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel
- Act as a contact point on the user support hotline, resolve routine cases, and take part in a scheduled on-call rotation
- Verify treatment quality at partner sites through structured follow-ups
- Use and adapt training materials for specific sessions and audiences, and contribute to their improvement
- Coordinate closely with the Head of Training & Education, Service Technicians, and Operations
- If you have the technical aptitude: support device installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting (a welcome plus, not a core requirement)
- Medical training (nurse, doctor, or paramedic) with recent hands-on patient experience: you are confident performing cannulation yourself and stay calm and decisive when a patient's condition changes
- You feel at home in a clinical environment and are comfortable working directly with patients as part of your everyday role
- Experience in healthcare or medical device training, or strong potential and motivation to train others
- Experience conducting and organising training sessions with diverse audiences
- Strong organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and manage an international travel schedule
- Fluent German and English (both mandatory)
- Valid passport with eligibility for unrestricted international travel, willingness to travel extensively, and a category B driver's licence
Nice to have
- Affinity for technical, hands-on work with devices
- Knowledge of apheresis, dialysis, Inuspheresis or similar extracorporeal therapies
- Experience in user support or helpdesk activities; additional languages
- Comprehensive, in-depth training and certification on our proprietary Inuspheresis technology, including supervised practical work with patients at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel
