BA/BS degree in Finance, Major in Controlling as a plus
3+ years finance experience, ideally in a professional service environment.
Excellent in analytics and problem solving
Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking methodologies.
Sensitivity in handling confidential information, with a commitment to upholding highest professional and process standards.
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience in efficient data management and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAP, SAC) would be a plus
