Candidate Profile:

7+ years of relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, banking, consulting, or broader financial services, ideally in commercial strategy, business management, business development, or transformation roles

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Strong understanding of asset management distribution, client and product economics, business performance, and key commercial drivers

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights and high-quality management materials

Ability to understand the broader strategic context, break down complex business challenges into clear concepts, and translate them into practical business requirements and execution priorities

Experience supporting change initiatives, process improvements, or cross-functional projects, ideally with exposure to digital transformation or Artificial Intelligence use cases

Clear and confident communicator, able to articulate recommendations to senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions, regions, and levels of seniority

Curious, proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic, international, and client-focused environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is beneficial

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
