We are looking for a partner to join our Swiss authorised practice, Fortior Law (Switzerland) S.A., in our Geneva office. Fortior Law is a growing international law firm specialising in dispute resolution in the areas of international trade, shipping and finance. Our Swiss and Ukrainian offices are ranked in the Legal 500 for dispute resolution and international trade.

What we ask:
- Portfolio of clients in our main sectors (international trade, shipping and finance)
- Willingness to engage in business development on behalf of our Swiss office and the firm generally
- Swiss qualification / at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in Swiss litigation / arbitration in the fields of international trade, shipping and/or finance
- Experience in Swiss interim/enforcement measures
It will be an advantage if you:
- Speak Ukrainian and/or Russian
- Have experience with Ukrainian/CIS cases
- Come from a firm specialising in our focus areas
