Overview:
The Regional Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing the monthly acetic anhydride, ethyl acetate and OMSD affiliated products plan as part of the monthly S&OP process to meet customer requirements while minimizing distribution costs.
Responsibilities:
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

Develop a rolling production plan for EMEA IC and OMSD product lines to meet demand requirements for monthly S&OP including supply meetings, available production capacity, shipping requirements, establishing monthly loading plans and managing 3rd party supply

Manage IC and OMSD products produced and/or sold within EMEA and key raw material (RM) inventory to ensure strategic imperatives and key working capital metrics are met

Conduct regional OMSD S&OP meetings monthly to balance demand and supply

Run planning scenarios and develop recommended solutions to meet business needs

Optimize distribution costs related to monthly supply planning including site sourcing plans and utilization of 3rd party tanks and terminals

Plan and optimize EMEA RM and finished goods requirements including requisition entry and purchase order (PO) management

Develop contingency plans with recommendations to mitigate supply risks

Maintain SAP R/3 MRP data for supply and inventory

Lead special projects to improve processes and reduce costs

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of the Intermediate Chemistry (IC) business
