Candidate profile (text) - Default language Experience Design makes sure our work processes, services and communication feel clear, simple and helpful – for customers and for coworkers. We focus on how our customer service is experienced in everyday work: from internal workflows and tools to the way we support and communicate with customers.
As a Quality Specialist in Experience Design, you review and improve these processes and touchpoints, make sure experiences are consistent and easy to use, and help raise our standards for both customer experience and coworker experience, every day.
- You are hands-on, enjoy taking initiative, and thrive on bringing ideas into action.
- You set clear priorities, stay focused on what brings the most value, and act with a strong sense of purpose.
- You bring experience in project management and have led topics or teams successfully.
- You think entrepreneurially, approaching challenges with curiosity and a focus on solutions and results.
- You are data-driven, make decisions based on facts, and continuously seek improvement.
- Working collaboratively with others is second nature to you, and you communicate clearly and engagingly.
- Fluent in English ( C1); additional language skills are a plus (especially German)
