En tant que Superviseur·e Restaurant, vous êtes un véritable pilier des opérations quotidiennes. Vous veillez à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement en salle, tout en accompagnant vos équipes avec exigence et bienveillance.
VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
- Assurer la coordination et le bon déroulement du service afin de garantir une expérience client optimale
- Superviser l’équipe en salle, favoriser la collaboration et maintenir un esprit d’équipe fort
- Contrôler la présentation et la tenue des associés
- Veiller au respect des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et assurer un service attentionné et professionnel
- Gérer l’ouverture et la fermeture du restaurant (mise en place, nettoyage, contrôle des équipements)
- Suivre l’organisation des stocks, participer aux inventaires et aux commandes
- Surveiller les espaces de restauration pour garantir confort, sécurité et fluidité du service
- Signaler et suivre les besoins de maintenance
- Accompagner le responsable de restaurant dans la formation et le développement des équipes
- Encadrer, motiver et coacher les équipes au quotidien
- Être un modèle et un relais de la culture d’entreprise et des bonnes pratiques
- Favoriser un climat de travail positif et respectueux
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus (qualité, efficacité, organisation)
PROFIL
- Expérience confirmée en restauration, idéalement en supervision
- Sens aigu du service client et excellente présentation
- Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer une équipe
- Organisation, réactivité et sens des priorités
- À l’aise dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais - autres langues un atout
