Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, the E-Commerce Senior Merchandiser will own the end-to-end product lifecycle by translating market insights into compelling assortments that drive sales and brand growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, maximizing customer impact and business performance.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Presentation & Onsite Strategy

Lead the strategic exposure of product across PLP, PDP, homepage and landing pages in line with trading and brand priorities

Balance compelling visual storytelling with optimised product assortment to drive both engagement and commercial performance

Define and maintain assortment logic, ranking rules and navigation structures to support discovery, cross-sell and upsell

Translate the commercial calendar (launches, campaigns, markdowns, seasonal pushes) into clear and timely onsite execution

Ensure consistency of product hierarchy, naming conventions and categorization across desktop, mobile and app

Identify risks and opportunities (bestsellers, slow movers) and recommend tactical actions — remerchandising, pricing adjustments or content optimization

Optimise search, filters, menus to improve findability and conversion

Ensure all product content (titles, descriptions, attributes and tags) aligns with SEO best practice and brand guidelines
Campaign Optimization

Review imagery and product storytelling for campaigns, lookbooks, email and onsite placements, flagging inconsistencies where needed

Safeguard a consistent and elevated product presentation from catalogue pages to editorial features
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Buying merchandising team, Planning, Marketing, CRM and Retail teams to align digital product strategy with overall business objectives

Work with Logistics and Operations to ensure product availability and accurate stock visibility online

Collaborate with UX and SEO teams to implement enhancements
Requirements
-
At least 5-7 years experience in a similar position

Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications

Strong understanding of campaign workflows and execution

Ecommerce merchandising & category performance management

Ability to manage Salesforce tools and search tools as a nice to have

Ability to analyse daily and weekly sales, stock levels, sell-through and margin by category, collection and campaign, nice to have a Microstrategy background

Product content optimization and analytics-driven decision making

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in managing junior resources is required

Strong attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus
