Sicherstellen einer bedürfnisorientierten, bedarfs- und fachgerechten Pflege unter Einbezug des sozialen Umfelds gemäss Leistungsauftrag
Verantwortung für eine wirksame, patienten- und ergebnisorientierten Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit dem diplomierten Pflegepersonal
Erkennen von Veränderungen der Patientensituation, Einleiten der entsprechenden Massnahmen sowie Information an das diplomierte Pflegepersonal
