As part of Pharma International’s Commercialization Operating Model Effectiveness Team (COMET), this role will drive operational and commercial excellence by shaping and evolving Roche’s operating model to meet future challenges and opportunities. The Strategic Operating Model Partner will serve as a seasoned expert, blending deep industry knowledge with advanced consulting skills to deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate progress in delivering medical solutions to patients worldwide.

Qualifications and Experience required
Required Background:
- Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in one of the top-tier consulting firms, with a proven track record of operating model design and implementation in global organisations at senior level.
- Worked in or with the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Recognized for solving complex, multi-faceted business challenges with clarity and precision.
