We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Boot Fitter to join our team. The Boot Fitter is responsible for assessing customers' needs, fitting ski and snowboard boots, performing custom boot modifications, and ensuring optimal comfort, performance, and safety. The ideal candidate has a passion for winter sports, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is responsible for assisting customers with equipment rentals, retail sales, product recommendations, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping customers find the right equipment and products for their needs.
- Previous boot fitting, ski shop, sporting goods, or retail experience.
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment.
- Certification from a recognized boot fitting organization
- Personal experience participating in skiing or snowboarding.
This position is based in a retail or resort environment and may involve seasonal fluctuations in workload. Peak demand occurs during the winter season and may require flexible scheduling.
Pay: CHF3’000.00 - CHF4’000.00 per month
