The Service Coordinator (Full Line Ag) schedules and controls workflow of agricultural service technicians, evaluates and prioritizes customer needs, advises customers of necessary repairs, and oversees work orders to ensure proper billing. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and heavily contributes to the overall success of the service department. This includes, but is not limited to, interdepartmental communications, managing day-to-day workload of technicians, and providing feedback on technician performance. This position acts as liaison with Warranty Department and equipment vendors/manufacturers, maintains good customer relationships & loyalty, collectability of services rendered, and drives sales.

Requirements

Dealership Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12 noon. This position is on-site at the North Java location.
