Our client is a fast-growing, Zurich-based B2B AI software company and Microsoft partner, building an AI-agent platform that automates complex business workflows end-to-end. Small, senior team. On-site in Zurich, working language English. Swiss or EU/EFTA work authorisation required. Compensation: competitive, based on experience.
Full-Stack AI Engineer (a)
Build the agents, connectors, and approval/audit surfaces that make the platform run.
What you'll own:
- Design and ship multi-step, tool-using AI agents over customer and external data
- Develop connectors (incl. MCP) across CRM, ERP, email, calendar, e-signature and more
- Backend on Azure (Functions, Container Apps, AI Foundry, Cosmos, Service Bus) and React/TypeScript frontend
- Tests and regression sets for agent behaviour
Must have:
- Production experience building AI agent systems — multi-step, tool-using, not chat wrappers
- Strong Python or TypeScript (ideally both); solid React
- Hands-on Azure (strong AWS/GCP candidates welcome with a credible Azure-ramp story)
- At least one agent framework in production (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain or equivalent)
Nice to have: MCP, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions, B2B SaaS / industrial / procurement background.
Pay: CHF100’000.00 - CHF140’000.00 per year
