Responsibilities & Tasks
- Conduct research and monitor small-cap stocks to identify new investment opportunities.
- Analyze information that could impact our trading strategies.
- Support traders by researching and monitoring global macroeconomic events that may affect security prices.
- Collaborate with trading teams to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop new research ideas and tools.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Passion for financial markets.
- Strong problem-solving and pattern recognition skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High degree of personal discretion and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- German and Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Python programming skills are a plus but not required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred but not required.
