We are looking for an energetic, hands-on and customer-focused Team Member to join our Oakberry shop. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are happy to jump in wherever the team needs you, we’d love to meet you!
Your role
As part of our team, you will help make sure our shop runs smoothly from preparation to service and everything in between. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving our Acai bowls, smoothies and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing friendly, efficient and enthusiastic customer service, especially during busy rush hours
- Supporting the team with cleaning, hygiene and maintaining a high standard of the shop
- Assisting with stock management, deliveries and replenishment
- Supporting the back-of-house and end-of-day processes
- Being flexible and ready to step into different tasks whenever needed
- Working closely with your colleagues to keep the team organized, positive and efficient
- Taking a hands-on approach and helping wherever you can to keep the shop running smoothly
What we’re looking for

- Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
- The ability to stay calm, organized and friendly during busy periods
- Previous hospitality, restaurant or café is an advantage
- Fluent German and English are required
- Reliable, responsible and motivated to contribute to a great team atmosphere

Pay: From CHF24.96 per hour
