Argor-Heraeus SA, a leading global precious metals company and a recognized partner to the luxury sector, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team - Luxury Products, in Mendrisio (CH).
In this key role, you will contribute to the development of our business by strengthening customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey. You will act as a trusted interface between clients and internal stakeholders, supporting commercial growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
· Market analysis and identification of key customers and target industries.
· Customer relationship management and business development.
· Organization of customer visits and participation in industry trade fairs and events.
· Coordination of the sales process, including order management and after-sales support, in collaboration with back office.
· Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Customer support, problem-solving, and tailored solution management.
· Cross-functional collaboration with internal sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Required Qualifications
· Technical education background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales management and customer relationship development.
· Strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong analytical capabilities, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits, business meetings, and trade fairs.
· Fluency in French, English and Italian.
