Shift: 8 hours & Scheduled visits only
Note: This is not a full-time position. The candidate will be required to provide on-site IT support on an occasional basis and will be paid for each on-site support visit.
The schedule for the visits will be shared with the candidate at least one week in advance.

- Fluency in English & French is required for end-user support.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month B2B contract based in Geneva, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of end-user computing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications
- Respond to tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs
- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- :Provide on-site and remote support as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in End User Computing (EUC) or IT Support (L1 level)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Fluency in English & French is required for end-user support.
- Mush have full time work rights in Switzerland.
Pay: CHF340.00 - CHF380.00 per day
