Your main tasks are:
Warm reception and individual support for hotel guests before and during their entire stay
Receiving and processing reservations and bookings
Managing the cash register and completing the daily accounts
Creating various correspondence
Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of reception
Professional complaints handling
Supporting the telephone switchboard
Checking commission invoices on a monthly basis
What you bring with you:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
Professional experience in the event and seminar hotel industry is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken German, business fluent English (other languages an advantage)
High motivation, resilience and flexibility
Well-groomed appearance, good manners and cordiality
