Job Description
Digitec Galaxus AG is seeking an experienced Head of Organic Search to lead and execute our organic search strategy. You will oversee SEO initiatives, drive sustainable organic growth, optimize website performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve search visibility and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company's SEO strategy.
- Manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to maximize organic growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO leadership or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms is preferred.
Pay: CHF130’000.00 - CHF170’000.00 per year
