We are looking for an E-Business & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Geneva and drive the E-retail development of MEMO PARIS. As a growing Maison with a relentless focus on excellence, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic person to help accelerate our presence across the world’s leading online retailers. In this role, you will be the driving force behind MEMO PARIS sell-out on key E-tail platforms — such as Notino, Amazon, and other strategic online retailers. You will define and execute the E-retail strategy, manage day-to-day relationships with our partners, ensure a premium and consistent brand presence on every platform, and turn performance data into concrete growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will make sure MEMO PARIS stands out in a competitive digital marketplace.
A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) with an educational institution is mandatory.
1. E-RETAIL STRATEGY & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Define and execute a structured action plan with our E-tailers (Notino, Amazon, and other strategic platforms) to accelerate sell-out and grow market share.- Manage day-to-day relationships with E-retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for MEMO PARIS.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new E-tailers in line with the brand’s strategic and qualitative positioning.
- Follow up on listings, commercial conditions, and joint business plans with each partner.
2. BRAND VISIBILITY & CONTENT
Ensure a premium and consistent brand presence across all E-tail platforms, in line with MEMO PARIS brand guidelines.- Optimise product pages (content, imagery, descriptions, A+ content) to maximise conversion and discoverability.
- Build exclusive collaborations, content updates, and promotional initiatives with key partners.
- Manage on-platform merchandising and visibility levers (search, banners, brand stores such as the Amazon Brand Store).
3. PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
Monitor and analyse E-retail performance (sell-in / sell-out, conversion, share of search) and apply data-driven improvements.- Track weekly KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate retail media and paid campaigns on platforms (e.g. Amazon Ads, Notino media) in partnership with external agencies.
- Manage promotional calendars, launches, and seasonal activations across all E-tailers.
A passionate digital professional with a degree in Marketing, Digital, or Business.- A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) with an educational institution is mandatory.
- Strong coordination skills and experience managing partner relationships.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
