General Responsibilities:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive team member for our Lausanne property management team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while supporting the smooth operation and performance of our apartment portfolio.
● Fully manage our serviced apartments in Lausanne and Morges area
● Act as the primary contact for guest arrivals/departures: Meet & greet clients, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth key handover, and assistance throughout their stay.
● Assistance during the stay to handle daily client queries efficiently in collaboration with the Guest Team.
● Conduct thorough pre-arrival checks of apartments, ensuring cleanliness in collaboration with the housekeeping team.
● Uphold the quality, safety, and comfort of the apartment portfolio. Coordinate and support apartment maintenance, liaising with technicians and external service providers.
● Utilize our property management system for booking stays, updating, and altering information as needed.
● Bring your own flair to the role by continuously improving administrative processes and suggesting new ideas for streamlining operations.
● Collaborate with all teams (booking, marketing, accounts etc.), to schedule apartment viewings and sharing vital information to contribute to the organization's overall success.
● Support the monitoring of portfolio performance and contribute to identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
● Assist in coordinating relationships with suppliers and service providers, while helping identify cost-saving opportunities across operational services.
● Contribute to portfolio growth and operational excellence
● Any other ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:
● The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to handle multiple requests with ease.
● Fluent in French & English – written and verbal
● Attention to detail is key! You’ll be helping in managing an impressive portfolio of properties, ensuring client queries are dealt with promptly

● Patience and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you may encounter occasional challenges.
● A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
● Tech-savvy, comfortable with using computerised softwares and tools
● Strong interest in property management, operations and portfolio performance.
● Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimisation.
● Ability to build positive relationships with clients/suppliers and external partners.
● Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding property performance metrics and market trends.
● Interest in technology, process improvement and operational excellence.
