Position Summary
Are you interested in starting your career in finance and gaining practical experience in an international aviation company? Join our 1-year Graduate Internship Program in Basel and become part of our Finance team, where you will support key activities in accounting and reporting. In this role, you will be involved in tasks such as chart of accounts mapping, financial data review, and support for ongoing finance transformation activities. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to projects that support the accuracy and efficiency of our finance processes.

Your Role
Support the mapping of chart of accounts to help keep financial data clear, correct, and well structured
Help review and support with the disaggregation of income statements expenses to improve clarity and reporting
Support the finance team during the move from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA in Basel, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of general ledger accounts
Assist with the review of bad debt accounts and related calculations
Test transactions in Jet Aviation’s internal AI solution Bravo, to help identify any issues or inconsistencies
Your Profile
Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT / Computerized systems related field
Good understanding of finance and accounting and are familiar with financial systems
Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and contribute positively to the team
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a structured and consistent manner
You work in a careful and detailed way and pay attention to accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
