The Specialist Chef is responsible for preparing authentic North and South Indian dishes, including traditional curries, tandoori specialties, naan, kebabs, and regional recipes. The position requires extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
The chef ensures consistent food quality, authentic taste, proper kitchen organization, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. In addition, the chef supports menu development and assists in training kitchen assistants and trainees.
Pay: CHF4’898.08 - CHF5’834.59 per month
