Position Overview

The company provides advanced solutions to global customers across various industries, helping organizations improve efficiency and digital transformation.
The Marketing Specialist will support the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and customer communication activities. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, supporting business growth, and promoting Kern AG’s products and solutions in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company business objectives;
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs;
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities;
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital content;
- Maintain and update company websites, social media channels, and digital marketing platforms;
- Support brand communication and strengthen market presence;
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and customer-facing materials;
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports based on data analysis;
- Support international marketing projects and cross-functional team activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or related areas;
- Strong understanding of market research, content creation, and customer engagement strategies;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- German or other European language skills are an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects;
- Creative mindset with good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within an international team.
