We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode.
In this role, you will lead the discovery and design activities for a global CRM transformation in the luxury retail sector. You will work closely with client teams, architects and stakeholders to define future-state processes, align business expectations with technical capabilities and build a detailed backlog to enable implementation. The position provides an opportunity to influence strategic decisions for a high-profile CRM program and deliver tangible impact for an iconic luxury brand.
Responsibilities

Conduct current state analysis of existing CRM-related processes and systems
- Define future state processes aligned to business objectives and capabilities
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize requirements
- Document key business processes, workflows and functional needs for CRM implementation
- Develop a detailed product backlog, ensuring alignment with architectural and integration requirements
- Collaborate with architects and data specialists to ensure feasibility and data strategy consistency
- Support preparation of discovery deliverables, including target architecture and comprehensive documentation
- Ensure stakeholder alignment from discovery through implementation planning
Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM-focused digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process mapping and requirements management
- Experience working in the luxury industry, ecommerce or digital marketing
- Familiarity with technical projects involving multiple system integrations and data migrations
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills, engaging both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills and ability to create functional specifications and backlog items
- Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in English and French
