What You Will Do
-
Responsibility for revenue generation and achieving targets within your assigned sales territory

Identification and development of new customer opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
-
Management of a diverse customer portfolio, including clients from the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics industries, quality control (QC) laboratories, universities, and research institutes

Planning and conducting customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
-
Managing the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing
-
Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and lead follow-up
-
Close collaboration with Service Engineers, Product Management, and Sales colleagues
-
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships
-
Maintaining and updating all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
-
Monitoring market and competitor developments and sharing relevant insights internally
What You Bring
-
Experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or scientific environment
-
Strong sales capabilities and a proven track record of achieving targets
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Independent and structured way of working with effective territory management skills
-
Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships
-
Fluent in French and German
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
-
Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation, or related technical industries, or an educational background in chemistry, food technology, life sciences, or a comparable field
