The International School of Central Switzerland (ISCS) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to join our team.
In this varied role, you will support both financial processes and day-to-day administrative operations within a dynamic international school environment. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our school community, supporting students, families, and staff.
- Accounts payable and payment processing
- Invoicing (school fees and additional services)
- Support with monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Holiday and lunch cover for reception
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering of office supplies and general consumables
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Further education in accounting or finance (advantageous)
- Experience in accounting or a similar administrative role
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
