To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise workflows, capacity and efficiency across our semi-automated production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow
- Perform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing
- Define labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics
- Lead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex. Kaizen, 5S, VSM)
- Support factory layout, ergonomics and workstation design
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and cost
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and planning teams
Skills and Experience Required:
- BSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning
- Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems and factory layout tools
- Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
- Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus
