Riccardi Travel is a boutique travel company specialising in private, authentic guided tours across Switzerland. We create memorable, high-quality experiences for international guests looking to discover Switzerland with a knowledgeable local guide.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced part-time Tour Guide based in Lucerne. Applicants must be fluent in English, have previous guiding experience, and hold a valid Swiss taxi driving licence (or be eligible to obtain one).
The Role
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about Switzerland, enjoys meeting people from around the world, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will lead private tours for small groups of 2-10 people in and around central Switzerland.
Requirements
- Must live in Lucerne or the surrounding area
- Fluent spoken English
- At least 2 years experience as a tour guide
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well organise
- Ability to work weekends
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills
- Knowledge of Swiss history, culture, and local attractions
- Experience leading private or luxury tours
- Valid Swiss taxi driving licence (or ability to obtain one)
