For our flagship store in Zurich, we are looking for a Store Manager who lives our brand, inspires people, and creates a space where women feel confident, understood, and at ease.
Your Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional client experience: You ensure every interaction is personal, warm, and inspiring — making our store a place clients love to return to.
- Drive sales performance: You take ownership of targets and KPIs, actively steering performance and translating insights into meaningful action.
- Lead and inspire your team: You build, coach, and develop a strong team, fostering a culture of trust, excellence, and positive energy.
- Build lasting client relationships: You strengthen our community through thoughtful clienteling and genuine, long-term connections.
- Curate the store experience: You manage product selection and buying and ensure a refined, visually inspiring presentation aligned with our brand.
- Ensure operational excellence: You maintain a clear overview of daily operations, reporting, and stock — with precision and reliability.
- Bring the brand to life: You support and host exclusive events, creating meaningful moments beyond the transaction
Your Profile
- Experienced in retail, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong sales instinct with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Inspiring, empathetic personality with a positive presence
- Passion for exceptional client experience and styling
- Structured and confident with numbers and KPI's
- Experience with CRM and after sales strategies
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Fluent in German and good English skills
